Delegation on a Date column with a sharepoint list of more than 2000 items.

Hello,

I am currently having a display problem due to the sharepoint list which has more than 2000 items.

i have to do a delegation on the date, but But I do not know how .
Do you have an idea ?

I have copied the current code.

Thanks for your help

MonthDayGallery.Circle.Visible =

CountRows(
    Filter(
        Saisie;
        DateValue(Text(Date)) = DateAdd(
            _firstDayInView;
            ThisItem.Value;
            Days
        )
    )
) > 0 && !Subcircle1_1.Visible && Title2_1.Visible

In my case after January 27, the data is no longer displayed.

@Edvhdy

Are you trying to create the blue circle in the calendar with no delegation issues?

If(IsToday(ThisItem.Value), ColorValue("#FD625E"),Transparent)

I’ve got a full tutorial on how to create your own calendar here

@mdevaney ( mdevaney )

Thank you for your help, My SharePoint list has 2300 items and therefore the gallery filter is no longer done. I have a warning message telling me that the data volume is too large.

Before when an entry was made in the sharepoint list, the circle was placed below the date.

And from January 27, (days when we exceeded 2000 items) the filter no longer applies. So I would like to know if there is a solution to this problem?

You didn't answer my original question... what circle are you talking about?  Blue?  Red? Green?

What is the circle's purpose?  Is it to show current date?

excuse me @mdevaney  ,

I'm talking about the circles of red and green colors.
The circle turns green when there are 7 hours of entries and red if the entry is less than 7 hours.

This circle disappears from the 27.

@Edvhdy
You could create a new list with one list item for each day.  There would be a column called total entries.  When an entry gets added then do + 1 to the total for that day.  Then you will only have 365 per year maximum in the new SP list with the total.
