Delegation warning - CountRows

Is there a fix/workaround to remove the delegation warning for the CountRows function below?

Nothing I can think of.  Im too Looking for some expert opinions.

What I use in similar situation is :-
Need to use powerautomate to get the value using some API. 
Else use a gallery , items place the SP List,  Have user or automatically navigate to last value. and use gal.Allitems
