Hello,
Please note that deleting SQL connection can be done only by an administrator or someone with premium licenses.
If you want to delete the connection but do not have access, then the Admin on the tenant will need to run the PowerApps PowerShell cmdlets to delete the connections.
Please look into this document: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/powerapps-powershell
Read and delete connections | Get-PowerAppConnection (previously Get-Connection) Remove-PowerAppConnection (previously Remove-Connection) |

It is safe to remove lists, but never remove connections unless you know exactly what it is using it. Needs to be nothing. connections are unique even if the same. I recently deleted a SharePoint connection because I noted I had about 5 in my list. I have now spent an enormous amount of time adding a new SP connection to all the flows that got broken by that action.
