Deleting tickets after a certain period of time

Hi there,

I am trying to add an auto delete in to my ticket submission app so they tickets get deleted after two weeks if they are marked as completed. I have the date and the status tracked in a column on the data source just not sure how to go about setting it up.

I recomand to use a daily/weekly/monthly recurrent PowerAutomate flow to achive your goal.

Inside the flow you target to identify the items already meeting the conditions to be deleted and of course you delete this items.

Thanks for the reply, I am very new to all of this. I've been looking up removeif function this this the best way to go about deleting old tickets?

Inside a PowerApps app you can use a Timer control to do repetitive tasks (like checking items and take actions if a condition is fullfilled), but this tasks only run if the parent app is running.
