I have dynamic 365 crm on server, not in cloud. i am trying configure it but when i am going to Power Apps (App Designer) from inside of dynamic 365 getting different interface, it is not like cloud what is difference some one can explain ?

The Dynamics 365 CRM connector is only for use in the cloud and isn't available for on-premises. Using an on-premises gateway you can access the CRM Sql server directly, but that's not recommended. Or you can build your own custom connector using the CRM web services. It is functionality that has been requested.
How do you run Launch the PowerApps (App Designer) from your D365 CRM?
Firstly, I agree with @Pstork1 's thought almost. D365 CRM is only supported in cloud currently, not suppprted in On-premise.
