The Dynamics 365 CRM connector is only for use in the cloud and isn't available for on-premises.  Using an on-premises gateway you can access the CRM Sql server directly, but that's not recommended.  Or you can build your own custom connector using the CRM web services.  It is functionality that has been requested.

Re: Difference power apps between cloud and on house

Hi @erolfedakar ,

How do you run Launch the PowerApps (App Designer) from your D365 CRM?

Firstly, I agree with @Pstork1 's thought almost. D365 CRM is only supported in cloud currently, not suppprted in On-premise.

Based on the screenshot that you mentioned, I think you are designing a Model-Driven app rather than a standalone Canvas app. More details about the Model-Driven app in PowerApps, please check the following article:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/model-driven-apps/model-driven-app-overview

Currently, within PowerApps, we could design two types app -- Standalone canvas app and Model-Driven app. More details about the Differences between standalone canvas app and Model-Driven app, please check the following artilce:
