Disable a button until the completion of action of another button

I am creating an application containing 2 buttons mainly. How can I disable one button such that the button can be enabled only after the execution of the action of another?

Can you describe the action the first button is performing, is it Submission of Form or Patch

@eka24 ,

Thanks for the reply.

The action in the first button is an HTTP request that identifies face, if any in an image.

If face is identified, second button should be enabled.
