Is it possible to disable/enable access to a button based on a SharePoint site? See if the current user is a SharePoint site's owner vs member?
If not from the app side, how can I set this up from the SP list side, but display intuitive error messages within the app.
@Blacksmith354 You can get the Data source permissions for current user using DataSourceInfo function in Power Apps.
You can find more information at: Data-source information
But, if you want to check SharePoint site permissions in Power Apps, you have to run the Power automate flow & check permissions
