Disable power apps button if Excel sheet is open

Hi,

I have two button on my Power apps button. One button opens up the excel sheet which users fills details about their name ,phone number .Another button is used to submit the the excel file on SharePoint document library. MS flow is integrated with the Power apps which moves the file from pending folder on SharePoint document library to confirmed folder on SharePoint document library.

IS their a way I can disable the button on Power apps until users close the excel file opened by the first button.
