Display Items if same ID and Email address

Good morning,

I would like to ask help to anyone who can solve my problem.

I have a sharepoint list when i add new row then multiple rows might have same ID and same Email address.

So with that in hand i would like to display list where if same ID and email exist then not list them separately like item 1, item 2, item 3 but as 1 item.

See below what i have on the moment:

ID is 12 here.

And what i'm trying to achieve :

Hi @Gochix ,

Try below code.

Distinct( Filter(collectionName,ColumnName=User().Email),ColumnName)

if Sharepoint use below code

Distinct( Filter(collectionName,'CreatedBy'.Email=User().Email),ColumnName)

Please click Accept as solution if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item. If the content was useful in other ways, please consider giving it Thumbs Up.

If this post was helpful or you need more help please consider giving Thumbs Up and Tag me in your reply I'll be happy to help. If this post helped you solve your issue please click Accept as solution and provide Thumbs Up. This will help others find it more readily.

Hi @Gochix ,

You can use Distinct function but be sure that after using Distinct only one column value will be displayed.

So if you are happy with only one column you can use below formula.

Distinct(collectionName,ColumnName)

Thanks for idea. Yeah it works however if i need to filter this display. As this will display all entries made but i need filter to only show entries made by user = User().Email.

No other way to filter this?

Thanks
