Display data in a week table or gallery

Hi everyone, I'm a bit confused about day function..
I have an excel file which I feed data with 4 buttons (not at the same time) thanks to the patch function.. The 1st button adds the following records : "check in", the day and hour, the name of the user based on the office365 user fonction... The 2nd button does the exact same thing except it's not check in but check out, the 3rd is going on mission outside office, the 4th is coming back to the office..
I made a drop down list which displays days with a distinct function so that in a gallery I can see records only for the chosen day in the drop down... My issue is that I want in a separate screen to display the week events and not by day... I'd like to see the whole events with row 1 check in, row 2 going out, row 3 coming back, row 4 exit, and column 1 Monday, column 2 Tuesday, column 3 Wednesday, column 4 Thursday, column 5 Friday and not the weekends (no events on the we).. Do I need to put 5 galleries of 1 column for each day? You can see my excel structure in here https://ibb.co/zFk9pf8
