Display field information on text label

Hi all,

Im new using Powerapps, recently learning.  I have a list named "Providers requests" and i want to change the list form using Powerapps.

On the top i have a text label and i want it to display the Title + ID of the current item im have opened.  Is there is a way i can do that, ive been looking for some answers with no luck.

Thanks in advance

Juan

The Updates property should be able to supply all the information from the form.

But, for simplicity, just change the Text property to :

SharePointIntegration.Selected.Title & "  ID: " & SharePointIntegration.Selected.ID

It sounds like you are using SharePoint Integration (customize form in PowerApps).

So it depends on where you have the label.

If you have the Label in your form as a custom datacard, then you can set the Text property of the Label to : ThisItem.Title & "  ID: " & ThisItem.ID

If it is outside of the Form, then you need to reference the current Item from the SharePoint list.

The easiest way would be to reference the Updates property of the Form itself.  So your Text property on the Label would be:

  yourForm.Updates.Title & "  ID: " & yourForm.ID

I hope this is helpful for you.

Hi Randy, thank you for the answer.

The label is outside the form. The name of the form is the default SharepointForm1 so i went ahead as a test and just added: SharePointForm1.Updates.ID but nothing is displayed, even tho in the form i can see the ID = 1.

I did it with a couple more fields and its the same. On the predictive text on the formula bar once i type the formula it says SharePointForm1.Updates.ID = En blanco (empty)

Thanks again
