Displaying Image in a ComboBox component

Hi,

I am trying to use the "People" template in a ComboBox to display images for each item. However, I can't figure out how to set the field name that holds my image. The "Image" selector in the "Fields mapping" zone in the configuration pane stays disabled. 

I have tried adding an image stored in my application to my source collection, but I still can't specify that column as a source to the "Image" field.

Is it possible to display an image for each item in a ComboBox ?
