Displaying Value on Office365Users

Hi All,

 

I m trying to create a staff directory, I have used a gallery to get all user. Now I want to display full user profile when the user select a particulat staff member from the grid. I have insert a form and try to add the data source but I cannot add, am I doing anything wrong?

Form Items-> GalleryStaff.Selected

Im keep trying to add the data source to the form , but I cannot select the data source see below. Any sugestion please.

I have manualy entered the data source for  form as ->Office365Users.UserProfile(GalleryStaff.Selected.Id)

then I run and click on the user from the gallery the form is showing a message saying "No Data sorce Provided"

 

Can someone please help me

You will not be able to add a form to that as a datasource.  There is nothing that is editable and it does not function as a read-write datasource which a form would need.

Instead you might consider just using standard labels to display the information.

For example, a Label with the Text Property of GalleryStaff.Selected.DisplayName will show the name of the person selected in the gallery.  As well, a Label with text property of GalleryStaff.Selected.Mail will show the email address.
