I'm trying to get the same. I would like to get all event in a room calendar selected on the calendar dropdown select. I've been trying to change some values on the dropdown select and I get all rooms list. However I'm not able to get the events from that room calendar (I want to get all events, not only the events related to my calendar). I've done all changes proposed in this post and I didn't get any resoult.
Any help would be appriciated.
Thanks in advance.
This is all I have been able to achieve similar to @emadrazo. The dropdown selection provides a list of the rooms, however no events show in each calendar as it seems the calendar isn't linked to anything. However, when I tried the method before it still only broght up my calendar.
@CharlotteOliver I'm at the same point. I think that is something related to some kind of filtering appoinments in the user calendar and room calendar.
I've been trying to modify the filter but I didn't get any results.
The main aim of this app is to show current room calendar.
Can someone help us?
Thanks in advance.
Did anyone get this working with a room calendar and not their own calendar?
I can view the room calendar in Outlook so I'm not sure why I can't display it in Power Apps.
Hi @v-xida-msft Kris,
I tried your solution.
I get to see our meeting rooms but I have here an error.
Can you help me check what's this issue about?
Thank You and Kind Regards,
I can not believe, that it's impossible to show a simple resource calendar (or any other shared calendar) in the same way like to show my own. Always repeat a solution that shows how I display MY appointments in a certain room is not very helpful.
If I understand it correctly, there is no corresponding equivalent to "myCalendar"?
In my case, I just wanted to display the appointments of a certain room for the current day on a tablet. It is very disappointing that this does not seem to be possible with Powrapps.
