Displaying a room calendar in powerapps

Hi there,

So I have spent around a week now trying to display my room calendars in a powerapp similar to how I would display my own calendar.

I have tried using the app templates and haven't found anything to help and I have been looking over all of the forums I could find to try and support  it but I was unsuccessful.

All I really need to do is to view each room calendar and the see the events and click on the events, basically like the calendar that is a template screen.

Any help would be appriciated.

Many Thanks

My thought is all those middle-ware companies that do room signage & booking using touch displays, old iPads, or whatever (Teem, Robin, even that uses PowerApps as a front end) exist for a reason.  It would be awesome if we could replicate the functionality with the Power Platform but either it isn't possible, a "hard computer science problem" if you will, or Microsoft has made an explicit decision not to make this functionality available.  Or I suppose maybe they just haven't gotten around to it yet. 😉

You need to make your account as delegate into the Room MailBox.

Set-CalendarProcessing "<Identity>"ResourceDelegates "<Identity>"

Or you can go directly to,

select room you want to make add in your outlook caldendars.  and in the settings add yourself as delegate.

Dont forget to remove and add the room calendar in your Outlook calendars, if it is already added.

Mark my response as answer if it resolve your issue.
