Distinguishing 'official' company apps... ideas?

Hello,

I am interested in ideas on how to clearly distinguish 'official' company apps (that were developed, tested, endorsed by IT) from those apps that any staff member can create and share?

The concern is around the possibility of staff publishing apps with 'false content' and others potentially acting upon that information, or not realizing that the content did not come from the company itself.

We do not want to limit our staff's creativity but I am curious of ways on how to help staff distinguish among the apps shared with them... e.g. through visual branding, using the same iconology for 'official' apps etc...

How are others solving this?

Cheers Smiley Happy

Hi @DanielaHo ,

It is ture that this feature is not included so far, you could add an idea in below forum so that it might be considered for future release:

Hi @DanielaHo ,

You can distinguish the app using the App name+icon:

And you can choose to optionally share the app with only the users who will use this app. The default grouping is like below:

Thanks - but there is no control that can restrict others to simply copy this 'corporate' logo and colour...

This might be a possible enhancement if there is nothing else in place that can distinguish corporate apps from others...
