Do we have any capacity planning or limitations on entity in an environment

I wanted to understand the limitation of entities in an envirnment. Specifically for the bellow concerns.

1. Any limitations on entity in an environment

2. How many entities can be created in an environment

3. Whats the entity capacity/storage by default

I have requirement that, I think i might end up creating 500+ entities for an year? and next year again 500+ entities?

Please suggest to go with CDS as entity or SQL server.

I appreciate your help on this.

Hello Sangamesh,

There is a limit to the number of entities you can create. You can find information about the maximum number in the Settings > Administration > Resources In Use page. If you need more custom entities, contact technical support by raising a ticket. This upper limit can be adjusted. Refer below link for more information.

Due to number of CDS (entity) creation, changed the process to make use of SharePoint List for our need.
