Downloading a file from CDS datasource on mobile (Android)

I'm trying to download a file stored in CDS in the File datatype field, I've tried  the Download functions in the format below and it works when I run the app from my browser but when I launch the app from a mobile device, nothing happens and I don't get an error message. Is there something I need to do to get it to work on mobile

Download("https:/orgname.crm.dynamics.com/api/data/v9.0/entityname("GUID")/fieldname/$value")

When I try to use the launch as below, it also works on y browser in my machine but then when I try it on a mobile device, it tries to open the site address in a browser  and then I get a "Site not found" error.

Launch("https:/orgname.crm.dynamics.com/api/data/v9.0/entityname("GUID")/fieldname/$value")

Hi @Edrei1

The Launch() and Download() functions will take you to the indicated address to get the resources, therefore, you need access in your device to that URL, can you please check if you are able to navigate directly there using the browser? Is there a VPN that you need in order to connect?

Best Regards,

@chsanche If I log into the CDS environment from the web browser on the device and stay logged in that seems to work. But I don't think that is a viable solution for my users. If I am not logged in, I get the "This Page isn't work"/"Page not Found" error depending on the browser, if it could al least prompt the user to login that would be acceptable but it doesn't.

Is there another method that you're aware of I could use to download a file stored in CDS to a mobile device using in Power Apps?
