Drop Down List values from other database column - Invalid Arguments?

I continue to get an error when I try to assign values from another datasource into a drop down list.

The app is configured from dbo.Raab Sample Table, i also connected dbo.entity_property.

The idea is the list options are from another datasource and will write to the Raab Sample database when selected.

2018-05-03 12_06_06-Database Test Example 2 - Saved (Unpublished) - PowerApps.pngInvalid Name?Invalid Name?

The "Choices" function refrences this database and column I'm looking to pull data from to populate the drop down, but i recieve an error claiming Invalid Arguments.   I'm unsure how the invalid name error is generated since the column is selected from the database in the syntax.  can you have outside datasources populate this list?

Please advise

The choices function works only with special type of fields. For example, choice type fields in sharepoint. Are you just trying to list all the values from that field in another table? If that's the case then you can just bind Dropbpox.Items property to '[dbo].[ENTITY_PROPERTY]'.ASSIGNED_TO_DISPLAY_NAME. If you want to just list unique values in that field then you need to use function Distinct, For example, Distinct( '[dbo].[ENTITY_PROPERTY]', ASSIGNED_TO_DISPLAY_NAME).
