Drop-down overlaps with the background

Hello Power Experts,

I am rather a newbie on the App and I have this issue that drop-down's are not working properly, after spending several hours on the issue I gave up. Any assistance is very welcome. 

Situation - I have multiple drop downs, some are "overlapping", I am not sure how.

All drop-down Settings in the Gallery are the same, how to troubleshoot an issue like this?

Check the Fill color of your dropdowns.  If they are transparent, you will see what you are seeing.

@RandyHayes you are correct, I have been reviewing the differences. 

Prevent Risk 

Switch(ThisItem.'Pre/Prod Prevent New Risk',"Yes",White,"No",White,"n/a",LightGray)

Remediate

Switch(ThisItem.'Pre/Prod Treat Existing Risk',"Yes",White,"No",White,"n/a",LightGray)

Exemptions does not have color as FX: 

When I delete the fx in Prevent Risk/Remediate  - it does not fix the issue. 

What else I can check?
