Drop down reverts to previous value on save

I have a drop down field (OrgLevel1) that has a distinct lookup list as the "Items" & DefaultSelectedItems is Parent.Default

Items:
Sort(Distinct('Org List',L1),Ascending)

If the initial value is "Finance", I can change the value to "HR", but when I save it, the value reverts back to "Finance"

OnChange, OnSelect & Reset are all set to "false"

Am I missing something?

Hi @AndyJJones ,

Could you please share more details of your situation?

What is your datasource? And what is the column type of L1?

Is your dropdown in one form control?

Could you please share your issue screenshot?

Best Regards.

Yumia

I have a dropdown that is a lookup of the 'Org List' list in SharePoint. The PowerApps dropdown for the field uses a sorted distinct list for the items (to eliminate the duplicate values). The issue I see is that I can change the value with no problem, but when I save the document, it reverts back to the "default" value it had prior to the update.

Sort(Distinct('Org List',L1),Ascending)

The datasource for the field is 'Org List' (see the "Design" screenshot below), and L1 is a text field.

As far as I know, the dorpdown is only in the single Form Control.
