Dropdown Dependency issue

I am not sure why all my dropdowns work how I want them to - only showing the one or more corresponding option(s) that follow one another through each dropdown. Below is an example of how the dropdowns work except dropdown 5.

Dropdown 1 - External

Dropdown 2 - Consolidation

Dropdown 3 - Financial Reporting

Dropdown 4 - Not Managed

Dropdown 5 - Funds Not Funds (2 options to choose from) but if you selected the last 4 that way then the only option in my list, in SharePoint, is Not Funds, but dropdown 5 is showing both when I only want it to show what corresponds to one another.

All the other dropdowns have the right selections depending on what you select except dropdown 5.

Dropdown 1 Items Code

Distinct(Category,Title)

Dropdown 2 Items Code

Distinct(Filter(Category, Title = Default_Group_Dropdown1.Selected.Result),'Account category 1 - Description')

Dropdown 3 Items Code

Distinct(Filter(Category, 'Account category 1 - Description' = Acct_Cat_1_Dropdown.Selected.Result),'Account category 2 - Description')

Dropdown 4 Items Code

Distinct(Filter(Category, 'Account category 2 - Description' = Acct_Cat_2_Dropdown.Selected.Result),'Account category 3 - Description')

Dropdown 5 Items Code

Distinct(Filter(Category, 'Account category 3 - Description' = Acct_Cat_3_Dropdown.Selected.Result),'Account category 4 - Description')

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It seems like your filter conditions should be additive. Should the expressions not look something like this?

Distinct(Category,Title)

Distinct(Filter(Category, Title = Default_Group_Dropdown1.Selected.Result),'Account category 1 - Description')

Distinct(Filter(Category, Title = Default_Group_Dropdown1.Selected.Result && 'Account category 1 - Description' = Acct_Cat_1_Dropdown.Selected.Result),'Account category 2 - Description')

Distinct(Filter(Category, Title = Default_Group_Dropdown1.Selected.Result && 'Account category 1 - Description' = Acct_Cat_1_Dropdown.Selected.Result && 'Account category 2 - Description' = Acct_Cat_2_Dropdown.Selected.Result),'Account category 3 - Description')

Distinct(Filter(Category, Title = Default_Group_Dropdown1.Selected.Result && 'Account category 1 - Description' = Acct_Cat_1_Dropdown.Selected.Result && 'Account category 2 - Description' = Acct_Cat_2_Dropdown.Selected.Result && 'Account category 3 - Description' = Acct_Cat_3_Dropdown.Selected.Result),'Account category 4 - Description')
