Dropdown list with search box

Hi guys!

I would like a dropdown list with search box

My dropdown list has more than 120 items and it's very difficulty to use the scroll bar to browse the items.

I have tried using "combo box" but it is not possible to use a sharepoint column as a data source

Yes, you can use a SharePoint column as a datasource for a combobox.

Set the items property of the Combobox to: Choices([@'SP LIST NAME'].COLUMN_NAME)

Hi @Anonymous ,

If that is a Text column (not a Choice column), you simply need

'Ficha Cadastral'.'Matricula do Cooperado'

Hi @Anonymous,

Have you solved your problem?

Do you want to search items from the dropdown list?

Could you please tell me that if the 'Matricula do Cooperado' is a Choice or Text column type?

If it is a Text, please set the Combo Box Items property as below:

Distinct('Ficha Cadastral','Matricula do Cooperado')

To filter the items base on the search text, you could consider modifying the above formula as below:

Filter(Distinct('Ficha Cadastral','Matricula do Cooperado'),ComboBox1.SearchText in Result)

If it is a Choice column, please set the Combo Box Items property as below:

Filter(Choices('Ficha Cadastral'.'Matricula do Cooperado'),ComboBox1.SearchText in Value)

Note that enable the "Allow searching" function as below:

@Anonymous

Set the Items property to Distinct('Ficha Cadastral',Text('Matrícula do Cooperado'))
