Dropdown value does not save to Excel after submitting form

Hello!

I'm new to Power Apps and I'm trying to build a form where upon submitting, values from a drop down will be saved to Excel on One Drive.

This is how I set up the dropdown values:

The formula for submit button is: SubmitForm(EditForm1)

I can't seem to get the form to saved drop down values.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Do other values get saved?  Is this just and issue with the dropdown?

Yes, other values is saved (for example the Remarks is saved). Only the dropdown values are not.

Do you know how I can resolve this?
