Dropdown where are shown multiple Sharepoint lists

Hi,

I have several Lists on my Sharepoint (Artists, Authors, Museums) and I pretend to start my powerapp using a dropdown where are showed that Sharepoint lists to select one of them by clicking.

The next step is shown all the columns and data of the selected Sahrepoint list in a Form/Table/Grid showing a first column with a checkbox in order to select the rows we want to add to a new Sharepoint list.

Thanks.

Not sure about business requirement. SharePoint is already providing the interface for your requirement. I do not see the need of app. I may be missing some information on your requirements.

To achieve your requirement, you can try the following:

1. Create a canvas application

2. Add all the SharePoint lists as data sources to the app.

3. Also, add connector for "Power Apps Management Connector for Makers" to the app.

4. You can use "Get Connections" method to retrieve all the data connections for the app and load them into the app. You can filter unnecessary data connection as well.

5. Place a gallery/data table on the screen and load the data source dynamically based on the drop down value selection in step 4. You can use Switch function to bind the data table with different SharePoint lists.

Try the above approach and post here if you have any more questions.
