Dropdown with Default as blank

Hi guys

I'm trying to set a Blank item in a dropdown as Default, this way the user has to select the dropdown to perform an action. The items of the dropdown come from a Sharepoint list and this list has an Item with " " (Without quotes) the problem is that I can't make this blank option appears first in the dropdown, I tried to sort Ascending and descending, the option appears but never as the first one

What can I do ?

Thanks!

Hi @Jaos291,

Do you want the drop down’s start with one blank item?

You can set its Items property to a collection where the first element is blank.

Please try the following workaround.

For example I test as this:

Data Source: SP List: Job

App Test:

Add one button and Button1.OnSelect: ClearCollect(JobWithBlank,{JobName:" "}); Collect(JobWithBlank,Job)

Add one Drop down control and Dropdown1.items: JobWithBlank.JobName

Then Result Test:

Hope this can be the reference for you.

Best Regards,

Yumia.

Thank you very much, this worked to me. I'm using SP list as well.
