I created a Community Plan for individual use to start playing around with powerapps.
Today I logged in and noticed that there are now 2 environments with the same name. One is empty and one has all of the apps that I was working on.
I also cannot delete either one from the PowerApps admin center. I get the following message
Hi howitzer1972,
Please check this documentation on “PowerApps Community Plan: a free development environment for individual use”:
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/dev-community-plan/
From the doc we know that we cannot delete the individual environment, while the tenant admin has permission to delete the environment.
Please ask your tenant admin to try to delete for you.
Best regards,
Mabel Mao
Hi Mabel,
I am a tenant admin and I also had another admin here try to delete it and they get the same error. If I try to sign up again at https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/communityplan/ I get a message that I already have an account. So I'm not sure how I ended up with 2 community environments under the same account. I'm thinking I may have to contact support on this.
Took a while but support had to reolve the issue. It was escalated to a Sr Engineer and resolved by the Product Group. Not sure why it happened but I'm back to having just one Community Plan site.
