Having recently updated a custom connector, we are finding a number of users are left with multiple connectors.
PowerApps for the users is defaulting to the old connector which won't work, they need to use the new one.
Deleting the old entry from the user solves the problem, but this raises 2 questions..
1) Why does PowerApps generate multiple connectors, and how can this be avoided?
2) In the event of this happening, how do we clear out the old connectors for all users in a environment?
What kind of changes have you made on the custom connector?
I have just tried to change some definition of my custom connector, the issue you mentioned doesn’t occur.
Please share more details to help confirm this issue.
This occurred after we updated the custom connector to use a different authentication type.
Once this happened the connector using the old authentication type did not update and a new connector was created hence doubling up on connectors.
Do you know if there is any way to clean up connectors for all users in an environment?
