E-signature for custom Dataverse table

Hi 

We have a custom Dataverse table called 'Agreements' which we manage through a model driven app. We need to be able to merge the data into an document and send to an external party for e-signature. Agreements have child records, which we need to show as a repeating table in the document, and we also need to use rich text fields.

I've looked in using the old Dynamic word templates, but they don't support rich text and I'm unsure about the best way to get to an e-signature provider. I've also looked into Adobe Sign, however they only seem to offer integration with their enterprise product and dont seem to be willing to give a small company like ours (8 people) a price!

Any general advice on workflow / tools / integrations would be much appreciated.
