There is a error occured recently.
i can run the app for a month.
Now, when i try to add a new record, it can update all fields except the Date field.
the date field will remind blank when i save.
i am using sharepoint list
i tried to create a new app from the sharepoint list automatically by the sharepoint itself. the error still occur!
can anyone help?
is there a problem from Microsoft?
I had this problem the other day too. In my case, the Sharepoint Date column was set to "..include Time". After the app was created, I deleted the Hour and Minute fields. The app didn't like that. I think I had to delete the Sharepoint Date column, recreate it, then refresh Data Sources and add it to my PowerApp again.
Also check the Date cards Update property. It should be set to something like datepicker.selecteddate.

Do you mean that you have del the column of date in Sharepoint list, re-create it, then work?
I have exactly the same error. I think there may be an issue with microsoft.
Even after recreating everything it still wont update the date.
The app was working for weeks until very recently and nothing has been changed

so i think the suggestion given by support team is not work for us.
i have tried a few minutes ago. i create a new list on sharepoint with date/time
it work
that means those list i created at the past got the error. those created now will have no problem
At least if its something microsoft have changed then maybe they will fix it if enough people complain. I just tried creating a default list with nothing in it except two date fields. I created the default power app and form for this list and it still wont update the dates.
It doesn't help us right now though. 😞

Creating a new list is not an option for me !
I did a little test yesteday with 2 dates and it worked in Studio mode on new entries but in Published Mode it would not add the new submissions.
I'll lwait and see wht comes back from Microsoft before I make drastic changes to my app.
