I have using the following code to patch the SharePoint list
It was working fine while I was developing and testing by myself, I have shared the app with other user to test and when they are trying to patch, they are seeing the following screenshot error
I wonder why it is still not showing for me but to others. Can someone please help on this. Thank you.
@AnoojDev513 This happens when powerapps wants to patch an item which has been changed on the server.
So PowerApps loads Version 1.....Somebody else is changing the item and creates Version 2....You want to save/patch based on Version1. If this happens you will see such errors.

Thanks for your reply, Is there a way to resolve this issue? how to overcome this type of scenario?
@AnoojDev513 Well, you can't really prevent this. You could refresh your datasource just before the patch. This will minimize the issue. But it would also be good to know why this happens? So why are several users patching the same record.
