@Sdjackson, please correct me if I'm wrong, but that screenshot looks like it's coming from Safari. Can you clarify if you meant Safari or that your issue is occurring on both Safari and Edge, but not Chrome?
Is the device logged into an account that would be able to view that app?
Well spotted, that picture was one I found online but that's the one my colleague gets with Edge. They cannot open the app at all and have to paste the link in to Chrome. Perculiarly, I'm fine with Edge but they're now. Grateful for any advice.

How many users are involved in this issue? Were they using Edge on different pcs? If not, please let them to change to another device and test.
