Edit Form not showing selected record from Gallery

I am trying to navigate from a Gallery list from a selected record to an edit screen but the edit screen is blank.

Select(Parent);Navigate(Screen2,ScreenTransition.None);EditForm(Form1)

My Edit form is set to mode 'Edit' but doesn't show the selected record.

Change the formula to:

Set(SelectedItem,ThisItem); Navigate(Screen2,ScreenTransition.None);EditForm(Form1)

Then On the Item property of the EditForm:

SelectedItem

@eka24 yes they both point to 'Team Member' current environment. Any ideas where I am going wrong?

Hi @carmen18 ,

You need to set Item property to:

YourGalleryName.Selected

Please refer to below doc to learn more about Form controls in Power Apps:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/working-with-forms#view-details

Hope this helps.

Try Lookup('Team Members', ID = Gallery1.Selected.ID) and replace Gallery1 with the name of your gallery in the Item property of your form.
