I am having an issue where I create a document library and then enable content types, then add some fields. After adding my Fields, I customize the forms in Powerapps. I then save and publish the form to Sharepoint. test and it works, I got back to customize the new/edit/view form in Powerapps and the slightest change to the back color and save it again and publish to sharepoint O365. then I go back to the document library and try create or edit a document set and the form just sits there, it wont save. It wont's save the new data. I checked to see if I had required fields and I did not. except the document Name/title. the other fields were not required. I checked the settings in my Sharepoint Integration. for Action on New, OnEdit and Onview, they are sharing the same form. Has anyone else experienced this issue, How do I solve this? there is no errors or warnings.

Hi @mstotts ,
Do you mean that your custom form of sharepoint document can not update successfully?
I've made a similar test and found that you need to pay attention to these two points:
1)Only the checked out items could be edited
2)you need to click "edit all" after you choose "properties" to edit the record.
If you do not pay attention to these two points, you will not update successfully.
If the problem still exists, please show me your settings of your custom form, including datacards, controls, form, ect.
Also, I need to know the fields' data type.
To sum up, changing form's background color will not lead to form not updating successfully.
This should be the problem of form's settings or the two points above.
Best regards,

Hi,
I am working on migration SharePoint 2013 sites to SharePoint Online using ShareGate. The document library having document sets in source (SP2013) contains custom forms which I ignored during migration to get it replaced with modern forms in PowerApps. I could see by default Edit form and New form are showing in PowerApps but for new form, it shows generic Upload.aspx with which new data can be entered. But when I customize forms in PowerApps, UploadForm.aspx is replaced with powerapp form. Edit form works well but the new form (in PowerApps) is not able to save data. Has anyone gone across this issue?
Thanks,
Kunal
