EditForm1.Mode = 1, not evaluating as true when it should be

I think if we figure this out it will answer my other problem too, as they're both connected to IF statements and form modes...

So my OnSuccess statement has recently stopped working

If(EditForm1.Mode = 1,
Navigate(SuccessScreen, ScreenTransition.Fade),Back())

Both the Navigate and Back functions work fine on their own

It's the IF statement. It's not evaluating "If(EditForm1.Mode = 1" to be true.
But it is true, because I added a couple of labels to my form to show the display mode and form mode

So what on earth is going on?
Any advice woud be greatly appreciated
Thanks

V

The problem is your form is succesfully submitted, so I think probably not a new form anymore. What you can do is on your button catch the formmode in a variable and then use this variable in your If() formula. This will solve your problem.

Hope this helps.
