Editing RoomList

I'm creating the room booking app from the template and it's giving me some room lists that it's getting from 'RoomLists' table. I can edit the table using the bin icon, Remove(RoomLists, ThisItem) but next time it loads, the deleted rooms come back. How can I delete some of the options? See below. I'd like to delete Meeting Rooms and Bloxwich.

Hello, @DanielTaylor, PowerApps templates are using sample data. You need to use your own data sources.
