Email Activity to Case Creation

My company uses an internal email template in dynamics to sent emails to a specific support request team. My set up keeps gerenating a Bad Syntax error.


set up: 

1. When a record is created, updated or deleted

2. Condition: Subject (Dynamic Content) contains “trading request.” - Since they use an email template trading request is on every email subject line.


3. If Yes - Create a new Record

- Entity name is Cases

- Case Title is Subject (dynamic content)

- * Assigned to should be Support Team but I’m not sure of the syntax. How should it be written? I tried teams/ Support team


- *Customer (Accounts) - the email activity is created from an opportunity. Is it possible to link to the account the opportunity in which the email is linked to came from? If not what is the correct syntax to designate a specific account? The Support team has an account as well so I could like it to that if any thing.



Any help would be appreciated!
