Email All Collection Items

I have a Gallery, in the Gallery are Icons, one of which creates a Gallery the other emails the contents of the Gallery. Everything appears to be working, except the email shows the same item from the Gallery/Collection, even though I picked to different items and there were two and only two items in the Collection? Why did I get the same and not both?

What I see in the email received:

Date of Event: 2/4/2021
Company Name: Brap Brap Muffler Warehouse
