My customers complained to me it failed to receive email (orders) from their users. I was shocked and have to apologize to them.
Awaiting quick fixing. Please see attached simple trial.
While awaiting reply, I try again:
1. Gmail - My Flow showed Success, BUT no gmail received in Inbox, Spam, etc. STRANGE!
2. Work Mail (I tried on two of my work mail) - All Success and can be received.
What's wrong with gmail and PowerApps?
The issue about "InvalidTemplate" is identified and we are working on a fix.
Not sure what you mean by Gmail and Work Mail. Are you trying to send TO Gmail account? You should get an email from "Microsoft Power Apps and Flow", is that what you are expecting? If the flow succeeded the mail should be there, it might take a few minutes to arrive after the flow succeeds.
- I sent to my email@example.com – this is my work mail and My Flow Activity showed Success and I received. OK
- I sent to firstname.lastname@example.org – in My Flow Activity, now showed Success, but in email@example.com INBOX showed nothing.
I have been waiting for 20 min. Nothing. STRANGE.
Please verify if you have gmail to test.
(Note: Previously, early Aug you had fixed, my gmail can received but live and mys-qi.com never received)
@SameerCh, as well, in case he has more context on how the generic email connector works. But I don't think there should be anything special about sending to a gmail account.
However, I believe in the past, we've seen issues where if you click the "unsubscribe" link in the email recieved, you'll never be able to get another email to that inbox. Any chance that happened?
The reason your gmail account is not receiving mails, is because you clicked on the 'unsubscribe' link. So no mail is beeing sent to that address. If you want, I can enable that address to receive mails again.
Yes, you absolutely right. I have ever click on "unsubsribe" to TRY what is this going to happen.
I apologize for that but as a tester, I will be bold to do whatever I should do to get to know every single things.

NB: In this case, can you REMOVE the ...phrease..unsubsribe..so that this would not happen?

My company account, email@example.com - can receive yesterday, but NOW, also cannot received.
Harold also replied me email saying that INVALID TEMPLATE is a known issues. ???
The Invalid template is a knwon issue and we are working on a fix.
Are all these mails you are trying to send using Power Apps? It could be the invalid template issue. Also, there's a limit of 20 mails per day; you might have reached that limit and that's why you can't send any new mails.
