Email Flow embeded HTML5 format suddenly fail to work

Hi PG:

 

Before 24/Jul, my Email Flow with HTML5 format works perfectly.

On 26/Jul onwards, it failed to work.

 

What happended? Please help.

Thanks for the feedback!

 

We are working on automating some of these so that users (recipients) can self-manage their subscription.  That is, they should be able to opt-in or opt-out when needed.

 

With respect to not providing this option to the recipients, unfortunately, that is not how it will work.  When these mails are sent, they are sent from our account.  And we have strict compliance laws that necessitate that end users can choose to opt out.

 

For your business processes, you can use any of the other mail connectors (like Office 365 Outlook, SendGrid, etc) and use your own account.  Since those mails will be sent from a well known email account that you/your business process own, you can control whether the recipients choose to opt out or not.

Thanks for the explanation! It makes sense as you put it, however we do not have Office 365 Outlook set yet.

We'll have to look for another alternative option, but that's on our side. It makes perfect sense that you can't control this.

The unsubscribe button is to prevent users from receiving spam. We are currently brainstorming ideas on how to allow users to re-subscribe if they want to.

 

You can send me your email so I can remove you from the unsubscribe list.

I am under the impression someone in my organization has also accidentally clicked unsuscribe to powerapp emails.  his email is manuel.villamayor@paraships.com.py.

 

How can I undo this?

Thanks Rodrigo, it is now working.  Anyway I can do this from my side?  or should we contact you any time someone accidentally unsuscribes?

We are still working on how to enable users to remove themselves from the unsubscribe list. We haven't finished the design yet, so for now we have to do it from our side.

Hi, 

several of my users has accidently unsubscribe. How can we enabled them from our backend?

We are working on a fix to enable users to re-subscribe... But in the meantime send me their emails (roaceves_at_microsoft.com) and I'll remove them from the unsubscribe list.
