Email Gallery fields

Hello

I have a Gallery which I'm patching back to Excel on OneDrive. (see attachment)

Is there a way to send the records from one line in the Gallery to an email? eg student 1 name, student 1 details, Prof Contact?

I can send the whole table by email, but is there a way to identify specific data / fields from a Gallery in the email?  ie each student in the Gallery can get an email with their own details?

Thanks in advance for any help here!

Re: Email Gallery fields

Hi @Englishweb

You would have to use the send email comand in a ForAll statement

ForAll(gallery.AllItems, Send Email)

Re: Email Gallery fields

Hello Reza

Thanks for your reply - would this work for just 3 fields from the Gallery? How would I exclude certain fields? Sorry if this is a stupid question!
