I have stopped receiving notifications of new questions arriving.
The last one I received was at 0959 hrs on Saturday 16th Februaury 2019.
IS there a probloem ?

If you go to the list that you're using for the notifications. There should be a column labeled what your workflow is called. If not edit the view and add it to the view. If you click on that item it'll take you to the workflow status. There you can see what the hang up is.
When mine stop it is usually a reference to a variable that doesn't exist anymore.

Do you mean that the Outlook email notification not work when a new response made to your post in PowerApps forum?
The issue is confirmed on my side. I would not receive email notification after Saturday 16th Februaury 2019.
Currently, this issue seems to fixed, I could get email notifications sent from PowerApps forum.
Please take a try on your side, check if the issue is solved.

THis came back on at 0535 GMT this morning.
I get a feed of all postings to the General => General Discussion PowerApps formum.

I am seeing this issue also. NO new notifications in the Notifications Feed area as well as no email notices to questions or responses.
BTW - for all looking at this posting - this is NOT a PowerApps issue, this is an issue with the Community Forum that we are all using.

It stopped again at 1014 hrs GMT on the 18th February.
Still not back at 1122 hrs GMT 19/02/2019.

I heard there was to be a fix for it last night - but, no difference today
