Email doesn't get sent

I have an application where the user clicks submit and an email is sent. I have the following code on the onSuccess property of the form:

"Leave Request - " & 'Employee Name',
"<b> Employee Name: </b>" & 'Employee Name' & "
<p><b> Position: </b>" & Position & "</p>
<p><b> Leave Type: </b>" & 'Leave Type'.Value & "</p>
<p><b> Leave Start Date:</b>" & 'Leave Start Date' & "</p>
<p><b> Leave End Date: </b>" & 'Leave End Date' & "</p>
<p><b> No. of Days for Leave Purpose: </b>" & 'No. of Days for Leave Purpose' & "</p>
<p><b> Telephone Number During Leave: </b>" & 'Telephone Number During Leave' & "</p>
<p><b> Details of Leave: </b>" & 'Details of Leave' & "</p>
<p><b> Reporting Back to Work On: </b>" & 'Reporting Back to Work On',

and varSendTo is a variable with the code: Set(varSendTo, Concat(DataCardValue22.SelectedItems, Mail & ";")); placed on the onSelect of the submit button.

I get the email from a DataCard that his connected to a SharePoint excel with the data type "person or group".

I cant find the email on that DataCard and select it but when I click submit the email doesn't get sent, and the following error shows up:, so how can I fix it?

@PG_WorXz10 ,

Still didn't work,

I'll try to map the managers and try the code.

Thank you for your help!

As i said it should be only email id separated with semicolon. nothing anything else would give an error
