Email subject gets populated with old data

Hello,

I want to send a mail after the for is submitted, so the relevant people gets notified. In the subject field, I want to add a Adocs number, that is written in the form and name of statement - e.g. 123_TransportStatementRequest (see picture).

The issue is this part doesn´t work as I want. The number is not the one from the submitted form but from the number from the fist form that was ever submitted.

Does anyone knows what could be wrong and how to change it?

Thanks!

Hi @EvaR ,

Where are you running this from? I assume that the value you need to send is visible in the Text Box AdocsLabel at the time the email is sent?

Yes exactly. It is the label in the form:

@EvaR ,

Where are you running that code from ? Also the label in your post is blank.

So it is blank now, but every time a form will be filled with new request, and the user will, among other things, enter this number, he will press the button "Submit form". On select, I have that formula above. I want the relevant people to get the notification when new request is submitted with this imputed number (textbox AdocsLabel)

@EvaR ,

Is the content of adocsLabel.Text a valid email address? That is why I wanted you to actually show it.
