Hi,
I have created a powerapp which connects to sharepoint and added the app to teams. I have then used the app setting policy to add the app as a pinned app in the Teams admin center in the org wide policy.
After a few hours, I got the notification in the teams web client that the admin has pinned an app and the app tile shows up in the teams web client.
However, if I go to the Mobile client, I do not see the Powerapp that I created in the list of apps in Mobile.
Why is my app not showing up in the list of pinned apps in the teams mobile client?
Does it take more time to get the policy applied to the Mobile client?
How do I enable the powerapps to show in the teams mobile app?
Regards,
Manish
Embedding the app is not available in Teams mobile client.
It is possible to pin to the home screen of mobile client.

Hi @tetsu_20010718 ,
Technically your link says it is not possible to add the app using mobile
-->
At this time, adding apps can only be done from the web and desktop versions of Teams.
-->
it does not say that already added apps will not show up in Teams Mobile app under More apps. (in my experience the result is the same though, I added multiple third party apps and even Microsoft Power Apps but they never appear on Microsoft Teams Mobile Client App and the Power Apps Channels in Microsoft Teams opens the Mobile Power Apps Client App)
Do you have another link where this limitation is confirmed?
PowerApps in Microsoft Teams – Make your team more productive
In your Teams channel, just click on + sign, then add PowerApps as a tab:
Teams will show all the apps available to you.
Note: You will need to share the app and the data sources with your team members.
@tetsu_20010718 I have the same question as @Django have, why I can not see my teams' apps in the mobile teams' app? when I click on the "MORE" tab, it displays "No data found". On the other hand, the app is showing in the desktop teams as a tab.
So, do you have another link where this limitation is confirmed?
Quick updates on my earlier post today, when I added a new app to the teams and publish it to a specific channel, all installed apps start appearing under the "MORE" tab including the newly published app for the mobile teams. So, all good at my end now.
Hi @muzammilhussain, thank you for updating!
We recently added a Power App to Microsoft Teams --> we wanted it to appear on the left side railbar as a pinned app. The tab experience within a channel has been working for a while now and like you said even tries to open up in the Teams App instead of the Power App Client / new browser tab.
However we also wanted to make the Power App visible by default. This is possible using a Teams App Policy: Manage app setup policies in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Docs
It not only shows up in the Teams Client on Desktop:
but also on Teams Browser Sessions
and even on Teams Mobile Client
Very cool!!!
