I am tring to enabled/disabled dateField depending on dropdown list value but it is now working. Suggest some help

Thanks. But if I want update datefield to todays date as if Dropdown1.Selected.Value="1" else current selected date
I think you need an input box instead of a text box for your date in that case, and you reset to default (=Today()) if 1 is selected in the dropdown.
Please let me know if this is not clear or does not work and I will try when I have time.
I liked the solution but in general it would be better if we are able to use the enumeration names instead of the display texts.
