Enabling single sign-on - after password changes

We have built an App with PowerApps. Every third month on our company pc, we must change our Windows-password.

How can we avoid entering password again manually when we use the App on mobile devices?

If you are using Azure AD Connect sync to match domain to Office365 passwords I believe you will have to log back in to all of your Office related apps each password change because they are linked together.

Do you not also have to sign back into Outlook or other Office products on mobile devices too?
