Encryption on the server side

Hello,

We are hosting an external web app using iframe in web resource. To auto login users to the external app, we need to encrypt login data and send it to the external app.

We would like to do the encryption in the PowerApp server side. 

1. I guess we can develop a pcf component to do the encryption in the serverside.  correct?

2. Is there a way to do the encryption in the server side without developing pcf ? 

3. Does powerapp offer a way to integrate external app using sso? OpenID does not work for us because it does not run in iframe. I couldn't find any document supporting  SAML.
