End Users SharePoint List Powerapp Customized Form access issue

Hi Team,

I have created powerapp form through sharepoint list. Its a customized form. In that form i have deleted a text box control and added drop down control.

I have added some filter condition in that dropdown control to filter and show some values from the added datasource.

Formula: Filter(RegionMetricMaster, KPIMaster.Value="Quality"). this throws warning message Delegation Warning: "Delegation warning. This part "Filter" of this formula might not work correctly on large data sets. The data source might not be able to process the formula and might return an incomplete data set. Your application might not return correct results or behave correctly if the data set is incomplete".

I didnt do any list level permission. User who has owner permission for that site trying to access this list and clicked on new but user got the error as

ALMOST There: List NAME forms needs your permission to use. What should i do in this case.

Herewith i have attached the error screenshot for your reference. Please assist me.

If i remove that filter formula it works for all the users.

Hi @Rajan,

It seems that there is no account logged in for this "SharePoint" list connector. Normally, if connected successfully, the data source should be shown like this:

Please select Fix connection and enter the authentication of the owner's account.

You can also try to fix the connection in PowerApps site connection list:
