I have a case scenario for mobile application. The users will login to application and able to see the meetings scheduled for today (as like "PowerApps Meeting Capture" template). They will take notes for each meeting and meetings notes will be stored to Sharepoint list for future use. Like, whenever the user need inputs from previous meeting notes, they will search for particular date, meeting and read the meeting notes taken by the user. Here the meetings should be displayed to the user based on their outlook calendar.
Here i have few queries whether below options are possible,
1. Is it possible to trigger notification to user before start of the meeting ( like the meeting is about to start in another 5 mins ). Since all the users are having their own meetings based on their Calendar.
2. Is it possible to trigger notification 5 mins before an end of the meeting to request the users to take notes? (kind of reminder).
3. Can we write a power automate flow to read users dynamic meeting schedule?
